- Check-in time is 15:00
- Check-out time is 11:00 (12:00 on Saturdays).
- The total price mentioned on our website languages other than Hebrew does not include VAT. Guests who will not present a valid tourist visa (B2) will have to add 17% percent VAT to the total price.
- Reservations will be charged on the day of arrival.
- If your arrival time is after 20:00, please let us know so we can send you the instructions for self check-in.
- Free cancellation is possible 5 days (120 hours) prior to check-in. After that, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
- Upon availability, it is possible to enter the room prior to official check-in time.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in all rooms. Smoking in the room will result in a 500 NIS fine. It is possible to smoke in the balconies and in the smoking area on the hotel’s roof.
- Entry of pets is not allowed.
- Guests will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause annoyance within the hotel premise. Please keep quiet and do not play music in high volume. The hotel management reserves itself the right to refuse guest’s entry or request to vacate his/her room.
- The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves.
- Using photographs and video’s taken in the hotel for commercial purposes is not allowed without hotel’s permission.
